Added

• keep_last_tab is now a tri-state mode (#3):
  • 0 — close the window when the last tab is closed (default Chrome behavior)
  • 1 — keep the window open by opening a new tab (previous on-state)
  • 2 — close the window only when the last remaining tab is an idle new-tab page
• New-tab detection for mode 2 uses the tab title plus an omnibox-focus guard, so it closes only on an idle NTP and never discards in-progress address-bar input.
