Tip
- This version adds support for hardware video decoding and encoding through Termux:VA. You can follow this guide to try it out: Termux:VA User Guide
- This version enables present wait fence by default for X11 and XWayland to prevent screen tearing in certain applications or games. This may affect peak performance. If you don't need this feature, you can disable it by setting the environment variable
MESA_DRI3_DISABLE_PRESENT_WAIT_FENCE=1.

Installation Instructions

Download an installation package from the Assets section. Please note the Linux distribution suffix in the filename, such as
debian_trixie_arm64. You can only install the package that matches your distribution. -
Extract the installation package directly to the root directory.
sudo tar -zxvf mesa-for-android-container*.tar.gz -C / -
Refresh the dynamic linker cache.
sudo ldconfig
Note
The package with the suffix archlinux_arm64.tar is an archive containing multiple *.pkg.tar.xz files generated by makepkg. You must first extract it before installing with pacman. You can refer to the following commands:
mkdir mesa-for-android-container-tmp
tar -xvf mesa-for-android-container*.tar -C mesa-for-android-container-tmp/
sudo pacman -U mesa-for-android-container-tmp/*.pkg.tar.xz
rm -rf mesa-for-android-container-tmpChecksums
