💱 Original currency on transactions
Bought something in a currency your account doesn't use? When you add or edit a transaction, you can now record the price you paid in that currency: pick it next to the amount, and MoneyMatter suggests the converted figure from the exchange rate, which you can overwrite with what the receipt says. The original price stays as a note for your records. Balances, budgets and statistics keep using the account's own currency.
📊 Per-period net worth breakdown
The Net Worth page under Analytics now charts what moved your net worth in each period: money coming in, money going out and your investments changing value, side by side. Chart tooltips across the app also share one refreshed design and no longer blend into the background on the light theme.
✨ Other improvements
- When you mark a transaction as a refund, the list of transactions to link now keeps loading as you scroll, so older entries are reachable instead of the list stopping at the first batch.
🐛 Bug fixes
- Budgets and subscription totals counted planned transactions as money already spent. If you had pending plans, their amounts inflated those totals before anything moved. Totals now include only transactions that happened.
- You couldn't delete a category when only planned transactions used it. MoneyMatter treated the plans as blocking records; the category now deletes cleanly. Categories with real transactions behave as before.
- A statement import could add a second copy of a transaction that already existed as a balance adjustment. Imports now recognize those entries and skip them. Regular transactions were matched correctly all along.
- The Net Worth History and Investment Contributions pages under Analytics overflowed the screen on phones. Both now fit narrow screens.
