Balance Trend: Spike markers & configurable detection

The Balance Trend chart now highlights significant balance changes with colored spike markers — green for increases, red for drops. Click any marker to see the breakdown by accounts/portfolios and the transactions that caused it. Spike detection sensitivity is fully configurable via the settings gear icon (thresholds, max markers count, or disable entirely).
