Bug fix

• fix(prompt): Fix RJOB_NAME construction in Step 9 — use ${FINDING_FINGERPRINT} directly instead of ${FINDING_FINGERPRINT:0:12}. The LLM was pre-computing the bash substring slice incorrectly (truncating the 12-char fingerprint to 10 chars), causing the kubectl patch in Step 9 to fail with NotFound and leaving the PR field empty on all RJobs.
