Rarity Boost for Recommendations

A new Rarity Boost feature has been added to all tunable recommendation modes (Intelligent, Fresh Air, and Similar To). This feature uses inverse document frequency (IDF) to weight metadata:

Rare tags score higher — Tags like "Programming" or "Souls-like" that appear in fewer games in your library now have more impact on recommendations than common tags like "Action" or "Singleplayer"
Fully configurable — Toggle rarity boost on/off and adjust the strength (0-100%) for each mode independently in Settings → Mode Tuning
Applies to genres, Steam features, and community tags

Sync Performance Improvements

Faster metadata fetching — Increased batch size from 10 to 25 games and reduced delay between batches
Progress saves every 25 games — Sync progress is now saved more frequently to prevent data loss if the Deck goes to sleep

Multi-Phase Progress Bar

The sync progress bar now shows clear phase indicators.
