- Systemd upgrades now recover config and downloaded backends and keep already-downloaded models in place, fixing the 11.8.0 FHS-split regression that misplaced them.

Breaking Changes
- The systemd
HF_HOME=/var/cache/huggingfaceredirect was removed, so HuggingFace models now resolve under/var/lib/lemonade/.cache/huggingface(HOME-based) instead of/var/cache/huggingface. - Ubuntu 25.10 packaging was dropped now that it is EOL and is no longer a supported package target.
