Release candidate for PR #3930 (Nexus integration), built by run 42403376824 at commit 26bdfb4 with Nexus SDK f470424.
Changes since the previous candidate:
- When a network has been founded again under the same Genesis key, the mesh panel says so and offers "Forget this network" instead of a stale-epoch error that never clears.
- Faster mesh transfers: the virtual TCP window is 1 MiB with cubic congestion control.
- Faster Enable Mesh, Create my network, and join.
