This is the initial release of Nugget mobile.

- Requires a different skip setup method that might break supervision or configuration profiles, use with caution
- Added AI Enabler for unsupported devices
- Added Medusa (iPad Multitasking) toggle
- Added rdar/status bar fix (resolution changer) for the devices that need it
- Resolution applied is subtype-dependent
- Added ability to only revert specific tweak pages
- You can now toggle tweak pages enabled/disabled to prevent unintended applying (similar to Cowabunga Lite)
