There is a major new feature: Procurement.
This module has been developed for procurement managers who wish to track their purchases, compare the purchase total with their budget limit and view lists of purchases in detail. Users can plan over several budget periods and shift articles and projects between procurement groups. The status of each order is set according to the approved amount and the order total is calculated against an assigned budget. A separate admin section allows managing procurement groups, budget periods and group responsibles.
