This is a big release that prepares your database for the foreign key constraints introduced in 3.15.0. That means if you upgrade from an older version than 3.14.0 to 3.15.0 or higher, you must first upgrade to 3.14.0. All the details are in the guide:

Some new stuff:
- Admins can now view a database consistency check in the "Database" page inside settings. This screen allows you to check your data for inconsistencies and fix most of them. This is necessary so you can upgrade to 3.15.0 or higher.
- There is a workaround in place for Microsoft Internet Explorer when viewing leihs on what Microsoft calls the "Intranet zone" on MSIE < 11.0. leihs should now show correctly in such a scenario. leihs always looked correct on MSIE 11.0 or higher, even without this workaround.
Some bugfixes:
- The timeline can now be viewed also for software licenses (previously only for models).
And some unrelated technical stuff:
- Upgraded to Rails 4.0.9.
