⚠️ Important Notes

1. All clone devices now have LEDs disabled by default
2. Some clone devices (clone → type3) may:
   • Not show a red LED after plugging in a charger
   • This is normal — the device is still charging
   • Charging status can be checked in EmulationStation
3. If a clone device:
   • Shows a blinking red LED that turns off quickly
   • Battery is not shown as 100% in EmulationStation
     → Use the device until it powers off automatically, then fully recharge
4. Charging LED behavior:
   • Red LED ON → Charging
   • Red LED OFF → Fully charged
5. Do NOT replace DTB or Image files from older versions

🔵 RetroArch

• Hotkey: Select
• Fast-forward → Select + R1
• Save state → Select + R2

📦 Installation Guide (Very Important)

Fresh Installation

1. Download all split archive files and place them in the same folder
2. Extract them together to obtain a .xz image file
3. Flash the .xz image using Rufus
4. Open the BOOT partition
5. Run dtb_selector_win32.exe and select your device
   • If unsure, upload your original EmuELEC DTB for automatic detection:
     https://lcdyk0517.github.io/dtbTools.html

OTA Upgrade

1. Download firstboot.sh
2. Replace firstboot.sh in the BOOT partition
3. Copy update.tar to the Easyroms drive
   (same level as gba, nds, etc.)
4. Boot the device — OTA will start automatically
5. The device will power off automatically after completion
6. Insert the SD card back into your PC
7. Run DTB Selector again and select the correct DTB

🐞 Bug Reports

When reporting issues, please include:

• The DTB you selected
• The DTB recommended by the web tool
• A clear description of the issue
• Steps to reproduce the problem

⚠️ Known Issues

1. Devices using rk915 Wi-Fi
   • Wi-Fi may stop working after screen sleep
2. Some clone devices may experience:
   • Insufficient power on the OTG port when using high-power Wi-Fi adapters
     (e.g. RTL8821)

All controllers have been verified using evtest and sdljoytest.
Input behavior has been confirmed to be correct.
