  • Retain Response Headers in Event Broadcast: Fixed an issue where ProxyRequestLog::summary stripped response_headers during real-time event broadcasting, preventing the frontend from extracting X-Timing-Ttft-Ms dynamically and causing first-token metrics to show as empty ("-") until the view was refreshed.
  • Lightweight Real-Time Delivery: Kept heavy request and response bodies stripped while retaining lightweight response headers, ensuring zero IPC latency while rendering first-token timings instantly upon request completion.

• [实时流量日志响应头保全与首字延迟秒级即显修复]:
  • 实时通知保留响应头透传: 修复 ProxyRequestLog::summary 在广播轻量化事件时误将 response_headers 清空，导致前端通过 SSE/Tauri 事件实时接收新日志时无法提取 X-Timing-Ttft-Ms、盯住屏幕首字显示为空白（-）直到切回页面才刷出的问题。
