Fix issue #788 (400 error on attempt to generate shared key in deposit):
The app is limited to one instance. If another instance is opened the app quits after displaying a warning.
Any existing tor adapter processes are requested to shut down on app startup.

Fix issue #791 (incorrect addresses and amounts on receive page):
Display number of times used instead of amount
Display the correct "last used" type: "transfer", "swap" etc. Deposited coins are displayed as "transfer".
