SignalDetail.monitoringStategains afailedvariant, returned when the most recent evaluation generation or realignment workflow for the signal ended in failure. It carriesphase("generate"or"realign"), an optionalevaluationId(present only forrealign), and a nullablereasonwith the resolved failure message. A later successful workflow supersedes an older failure, sofailedonly reflects the latest run.
