H5160 / H5161 outlet switches now read the strip's state
The per-outlet switches added in v2026.9.2 were write-only. A diagnostics capture on #184 showed the strip reports its outlets as a bitmask on both channels — the AWS IoT push (onOff: 2 with one outlet on) and the developer API poll (powerSwitch: 6) — so the switches now follow what the buttons and the app do, and stop showing as "assumed" once the strip has reported. Whether Govee's outlet numbering matches the physical sockets is still being confirmed by the reporter; if it turns out to be offset, that is a one-line follow-up.
