Fixes

• H7121 purifier: fan speed (Low/Medium/High) works again — speed is now picked by workMode instead of an invalid modeValue; the invented normal/auto presets are gone for that shape of device (#201)
• H2A41 TV Backlight 3: DreamView switch is created (#199)
• H7026: segments capped at the 16 bulbs the Platform API can actually address; 17–30 recoloured the whole string (#208)
• MQTT: H5075 excluded from the status sweep, ending ~30 min of MQTT outage after each restart on accounts with several units (#195, #212)
• Config flow: an API timeout is reported as "Failed to connect" instead of "Unknown error" (#207)
• PM2.5 sensor: unit no longer depends on a constant removed in Core 2027.8 (#210)

Features

• Daily request budget: the cloud poll interval stretches automatically so a large install stays inside Govee's 10,000/day cap. Small installs are unaffected. New option Daily cloud request budget (default 9,000); the effective interval is logged once and shown in diagnostics (#204, thanks @BrawnyBravo)
