• New diagnostic sensor: Last MQTT Received — hub-level timestamp sensor showing when the last real-time MQTT push arrived from AWS IoT. Renders as "X minutes ago" in the UI; makes MQTT transport freshness visible at a glance. Modelled on the dahlb/ha_carrier freshness pattern.

Fixes

• Last MQTT Received now also counts multiSync messages (H5043 leak-hub events), so leak-only installs no longer show the sensor as permanently unavailable.
