- Add a requester email option to ticket closure confirmations, enabled by default.
- Add an "Open ticket" button linking directly to the ticket in notification emails.
- Fix notification emails quoting later replies instead of the comment that triggered them.
- Refuse restores while Pappice has the target database open; online backups remain supported.
- Normalize font weights, keep ticket descriptions in regular text, and remove unused frontend code and styles.
- Reorganize tests by responsibility and remove redundant coverage.
No database migration is required when upgrading from v0.16.0.
