7 Qobuz proxy providers
FLACidal now tries 7 independent Qobuz community proxies before declaring a source unavailable. The proxy pool was previously limited to 3 endpoints with an identical request format; if all three were down simultaneously, Qobuz downloads failed.
New providers (from SpotiFLAC, MIT licence):

Providers are tried in order; first successful response wins. No UI changes required; this is fully transparent.
Optional per-provider disable
Add "qobuzProvidersDisabled": ["musicdl"] to your ~/.flacidal/config.json to skip specific providers.
Breaking Changes
None. Existing config and downloads are unaffected.
