The Linux AppImage failed to start on systems without webkit2gtk-4.1 installed (libwebkit2gtk-4.1.so.0: cannot open shared object file): it only contained the binary. It now bundles GTK3, webkit2gtk-4.1, the WebKit helper processes, the TLS backend WebKit needs to load https content such as cover art, and the GStreamer plugins needed to play the MP3 track previews (the host's own GStreamer plugins cannot be used with the bundled libraries). It is built on Ubuntu 22.04, so the minimum glibc is now 2.35, and the download grows from about 6 MB to about 86 MB. UPX is no longer applied to the Linux binary.

Interface language setting: the interface is translated to English, French and German. Settings > Language offers System, English, Français and Deutsch, is saved in the config, and dates and numbers follow the active locale. Messages shown as toasts and errors follow a language switch.
Back, Forward and Reload navigation: sidebar buttons, Alt+Left and Alt+Right to walk the page history, F5 or Ctrl+R to reload the current page. Alt+arrows keep working inside text fields.
Date format option: Settings > Date Format chooses between the full date (YYYY-MM-DD) and the year only (YYYY) for the DATE tag of FLAC and MP3 files. ORIGINALDATE always keeps the full date.
Persistent log file: log entries are also written to flacidal.log in the data folder (~/.flacidal), rotated at 5 MB with two backups, in both the desktop app and the headless server. Credentials in URLs, bearer tokens and password=, token=, secret=, api_key= style values are masked. Settings shows the log path with a button to open the folder. A secret separated from its keyword by a plain space is not masked.

Accessibility fixes: form labels, list roles and dialog semantics, Escape closes the issue reporter.

ESLint is set up with a flat config and the frontend lint job is now blocking in CI.
The API layer and page payloads are typed instead of using any, and dead code reported by the linter is removed.
A test guards against hardcoded UI strings outside the translation files.
