Patch release fixing two regressions surfaced while wiring up a self-hosted Tidal endpoint over a Tailscale/Headscale tailnet.

Fixes

• A self-hosted Tidal/Qobuz/Amazon endpoint on a Tailscale/Headscale tailnet IP was rejected as insecure: the CGNAT range (100.64.0.0/10) wasn't recognized as private, so an http:// priority endpoint on a tailnet address got silently dropped, with the Terminal log's only trace being a "0 configured, 1 rejected" warning easy to miss. Self-hosted endpoints on a tailnet now work the same as on any other private network. Fixed in flacidal-core, bumped to v0.21.2.
• Browsing a GitHub-hosted extension registry always came back empty: the registry fetch requested manifest.json when every published manifest (including deezer-metadata) is actually named extension.json. Same flacidal-core bump.
