Changes
- Hi-Res by default: Default quality changed to HI_RES_LOSSLESS (was LOSSLESS)
- Automatic quality fallback: Enabled by default. Downloads gracefully fall back HI_RES_LOSSLESS → HI_RES → LOSSLESS → HIGH instead of failing
- Better error messages: HTML manifest errors now show a clear message instead of cryptic JSON parse failures
