Big update

• Added the amazing GameModeManager by nickj609 which gives the abilities for admins top use !maps to bring up a menu to change maps in the current game mode and !modes to bring up a menu to change the current game mode truly amazing work!
• Added RockTheVote so now at the end of the map in any game mode the users can vote what map they want
• Added OpenPrefirePrac
• Fixed custom deathmatch modes not working
• Updated all plugins to latest versions
