This is mainly a fix to the regression of v0.7.8 that list_prefix shows up at empty lines. Also, a more reliable way to render kitty/sixel images is implemented.

Breaking Change

• The trailing line in over_cmd output is now removed. This means if your config has set 'overlay_trimmed_lines = 1' with an image, you'll have to set it back to zero for the image to show up without being trimmed away.

Bug Fixes

• Fix list_prefix showing up in empty lines
• Remove the trailing line from from the end of overlay_cmd output
• Prevent wrong calculation of kitty/sixel image height in some edge cases
