v1.1.1 fixes Windows Cargo lookup, warning paths on C/C++ cache hits, and the size reported after garbage collection.

• kache cargo finds cargo.exe on Windows and skips directories where it would launch another Kache shim. Thanks to Mateo Cerri (@mateocerri) for the original fix. #1539 by @jleni.
• Cached C/C++ warnings now point to files in the receiving checkout, including header include stacks and JSON file locations. #1542 by @jleni.
• kache gc reports physical blob bytes rather than adding the size of entries that share those blobs. #1541 by @jleni.

Existing C/C++ entries use an older cache key, so the first build after upgrading has cold misses. Rust cache keys are unchanged.
