What's Changed

Notable changes:

• The v1 API version became the default and the stored version. Using the v1beta1 API version is still possible, however:
  • The v1beta1 API version will be deprecated in the next version (v1.20), and will be completely remove on following version (v1.21)
  • The development of v1beta1 is frozen. Any new field or feature gate are added only to the v1 API version.
• the passt is no longer deployed by HCO
• Deploy the network-resources-injector
• Deploy the observability-controller
