Notice:

- The arm64 binary only supports installation of arm64 kubernetes cluster.
This release includes the following changes:
- The KubeKey compile on golang 1.16.
- Modify the ks-installer manifest.
KubeSphere v3.2.0 is still in alpha phase, use following commands to deploy KubeSphere v3.2.0 alpha version:
./kk create config --with-kubesphere v3.2.0-alpha.1
./kk create cluster --with-kubesphere v3.2.0-alpha.1
./kk upgrade --with-kubesphere v3.2.0-alpha.1
