Kompose 1.22.0!

Here's the new features in 1.22.0:

• Added support for pushing an image with --build local (#1257)

• kompose up and kompose down have been REMOVED in favour of kompose convert (#1297)

Installation

Linux and macOS:

chmod +x kompose
sudo mv ./kompose /usr/local/bin/kompose
