Highlights
The published component manifests are now using the images from registry.k8s.io
(the images were already published to k8s.gcr.io and registry.k8s.io for a while).
clusterctl move now ensures that the managedFields of the moved resources are not
modified during the move (i.e. clusterctl doesn't take ownership of fields anymore).
