This release improves underlay Service flow refresh when OVS ofports change, coalesces admin policy updates, optimizes NetworkPolicy selector handling, fixes successor subnet route preservation and standalone VMI recovery after failed live migration, corrects switch load balancer VIP ARP handling, allows externally managed webhook certificates, includes licenses for bundled image binaries, and updates Kubernetes and Go dependencies.
