v1.14.43 (2026-09-16)

This release replaces the historical underlay ARP flood option with the upstream OVN northd behavior that forwards broadcast ARP/ND requests to MC_UNKNOWN, and adds OCI labels to container images.

Changes

• a0d4d37d9 Backport the upstream northd change that forwards broadcast ARP/ND requests to MC_UNKNOWN instead of flooding MC_FLOOD_L2. GARP packets still use MC_FLOOD_L2.
• abd1d1ad1 Add OCI image labels (org.opencontainers.image.source, org.opencontainers.image.revision, and org.opencontainers.image.ref.name).
