Mainly a tidying release:
- fixes slow deletion of kube-vip pod
- Adds comments to all iptables rules created by kube-vip
- Egress tidy will ensure that all rules are cleaned and then re-applied by kube-vip on startup
- Fixes to goroutines etc.
