English users can now install CMI with the latest English update (1.10)!

Changes

• Fixed the updater acting oddly and downloading an older version of the game, but it might break again as updates progress. Update manually if possible.
• Added SMVD and dependencies
• Added the All Maids In Private Mode script by Pain Brioché, it's made to replace the patcher of the same name that recently became broken.
