This is the intial CMI release on GH for transfer from G-Drive. All CMI releases will now be uploaded here.

- Reintroduced AddBoneSlider (Atleast until MeidoPhotoStudio releases)
- Updated Preset names, fixed the preset selections and added a new preset for those users wishing to forego translations as requested.
- Added an optional survey. At the end of the install, if the checkbox isn't unticked, a website with a survey for CMI will open. It's completely optional but I'd appreciate your honest participation!
