Bump alef pin to 0.23.58. rc.9 shipped with alef 0.23.56, but the alef 0.23.56/0.23.57
crates.io artifacts predate the publish-fix consolidation; the corrected emitter content was
re-cut as 0.23.58 and is now on crates.io. The 0.23.58 regen propagates Java POM
cpd.skip/pmd.skip properties in the publish profile (so Maven Central
maven-pmd-plugin:cpd-check no longer blocks deploy), Ruby platform gemspec spec.files
enumeration of .rb wrappers (fixes invalid gem structure on RubyGems push), Zig to_json
NULL-guard variant inference via _first_error(<ErrorSet>) (compiles against user error sets
that don't declare Serialization), and napi strip_typescript_annotations opening-brace +
optional-param + overload-signature handling for service.cjs.
