Improvements
Ongoing chapters now show elapsed time
Chapter bars and tooltips display how long an ongoing chapter has been running (e.g. *3 yrs, 6 mo · ongoing) — instead of just the word "ongoing".
Consistent time formatting
Chapter durations now use the same style as milestone labels: 1 yr, 2 yrs, 4 mo, 8 mo, with spaces and full unit names throughout.
Persistent storage prompt
Settings now detects when the browser hasn't granted persistent storage and shows a one-tap notice to request it. Once granted, the notice doesn't appear again. This prevents the browser from silently reducing the available storage quota after an update or profile change.
