Bug fixes

• Baikal / CalDAV calendar sync: dayGLANCE now automatically retries with ?export appended when the calendar URL returns a non-ICS response. The corrected URL is saved to settings so future syncs work instantly without any manual changes
• When a non-ICS response is received, the browser console now logs the content-type and a preview of the response body — open your browser's DevTools (F12 → Console) to see it if you need to diagnose a calendar sync issue
• Updated the calendar sync error message to mention Baikal alongside Nextcloud, so the guidance is less confusing for self-hosted CalDAV users
