One more step towards a final stable release. This one, actually, beside being a 'beta' and focusing on bug fixes, introduces some small features as requested by recent repository submissions/issues

features

• added dedicated sensor entities reporting the motor state of MTS150 valves in more detail (i.e. reporting actual valve 'aperture' so to have an indication of 'heating demand' as determined by the valve - see #688/#690)
• added support for 'LedMode' (kind of DND light) handling on supported devices (#683)
• improved/restructured communication errors reporting (handling and logging)

fixes

• issue in device timezone repair where some timezones (those with less or no DST transitions) are not correctly handled (#687).
• issue in thermostat 'tracking sensor' (feature to follow/calibrate climate temperature reading from an external sensor) in some scenario (#684)
• issue in background DHCP updates leading to possibly missing the newly assigned device ip address thus rendering the device unavailable when the router decides to change the dynamic ip address (#685/#686)
