A preview of the incoming release, still in early development but available right now to help me with testing (for people up to the challenge!)

This release, beside addressing some current issues, is introducing a new feature especially useful for people running devices on their own MQTT and not able to manage them anymore with the Meross app.

• Following the suggestion in #233 it is now possible to manage the thermostat valves schedule directly in HA (right now only for MTS100 and the likes TRVs). I'm opened to contributions and requests about this since the feature is really new.
  Keep in mind the HA calendar entity (which I chose as a base for schedule management) looks (to me) still very immature and so things could break apart very soon.
  Actual implementation tries to match the HA calendar philosophy with the MTS100 features and allows you to delete/create temperature schedules according to the limits of the device (basically the fact the device schedule is a weekly schedule and there is a limited number of events you can setup in the device)
• the MQTT and the DHCP discovery were remanaged a bit to streamline the configuration. The configuration architecture is still the same but it should now be less counterintuitive (#225, #130 and many other)
