Documentation - README restructured: quick start near the top, services grouped into category tables with their URLs (replacing the separate service list and URL list), and a single Makefile table. Detailed guides moved to docs/ (n8n.md, n8n-assistant-sandbox.md, openclaw.md, open-terminal.md, ollama-multi-gpu.md, open-webui-postgres.md, security.md), content unchanged apart from headings and short intros; installer messages and .env.example now point there.

make doctor - The DNS check now covers the hostname of every active profile that has a Caddy site (plus the Welcome Page), instead of a fixed n8n / Grafana / Portainer / Welcome list that was checked whether or not those services were selected. An active service whose hostname is empty or still *.yourdomain.com is now a warning instead of being skipped silently, and a missing host binary skips the DNS checks with one warning instead of reporting every hostname as unresolvable.

Upgrade

Run make update. No configuration changes are needed; make doctor now checks DNS for the services you actually run.
