🎨 New: Material 3 Expressive for Classic
The Classic look has been rebuilt with Material 3 Expressive. Back, actions and overall feel - all of them became way cooler!
Classic's new look owes a lot to Chocola by @sosauce, the most expressive Material 3 app we know and our yardstick for this redesign. Go give it a try.

- Smarter downloads — interrupted downloads resume where they stopped, finished files are reused, pause is separate from delete, and an active download keeps running in the background with a notification
- Several apps from one repository — install and track apps that ship from the same repo (like ente's Auth and Photos), grouped together in your Library
- Refresh rate — pick your display's refresh rate in Tweaks
- Fastest mirror — measure every download mirror from your device and switch to the quickest
- Traditional Chinese (繁體中文) — a new app language
- Ready for Android 17 — predictive back, and the new local-network permission for proxies and self-hosted forges on your LAN
🛠️ Improved
- App pages open on a release your device can actually install, and show every platform the project ships
- Explore and Top Charts share one feed; switch between list and grid in Tweaks
- Search leaves the bottom bar and opens from Explore and Top Charts
- Library shows one tidy row per app, in a masonry grid on wide screens
- Issues and Security open straight from a repo's stats
- Background update checks run on Android 12+ every 12 hours, with far fewer requests
🐛 Bug Fixes
- Much more accurate updates: nightly and re-released builds are detected, an app you already run is no longer offered as an update, and a failed check keeps the update it found
- Desktop: upgrading no longer wipes the app's database, and settings live in the app data folder
- A GitHub rate limit on the Issues pages shows a message instead of crashing
