Improvements

Record View moves independently of the grid - By default, selecting a field in the Record View no longer moves the grid cursor, and moving around the grid no longer changes the field shown. Turn on "Sync Grid Cursor" in the Record View header to link them again. (#276)
Accent-insensitive filtering with UNACCENT() - The row filter can now remove accents from text, so UNACCENT(first_name) ILIKE '%celine%' also matches Céline. (#286)

Fixed the SQL REPLACE() function replacing only the first occurrence instead of every occurrence. (#284)
Fixed SmoothCSV freezing when opening a file whose first rows contain very long values.
Fixed Select all and Clear in the column menu value list also changing values hidden by the search.
Fixed TRIM(), SUBSTRING(), CEIL(), and FLOOR() failing with an error in the row filter, and NOT, AND, and OR failing on boolean values such as NOT CAST(flag AS BOOLEAN).
Fixed several LIKE problems in the row filter: the ESCAPE clause was ignored, [ and ] were read as a character class, and an emoji counted as two characters (also in LENGTH() and SUBSTRING()).
Fixed the macOS menu bar losing SmoothCSV's menus after closing a window while the other windows were minimized.
Fixed SmoothCSV on macOS not noticing changes other programs made to a file opened through a symbolically linked folder (such as /tmp).
Fixed a "file not found" error when starting the app executable with a relative path.
Other minor bug fixes and improvements.
