Workaround for bug that causes water volumes to skyrocket into the sky and causing tsunami/volumes disappearing when flicking the camera. (on by default) -
Renamed and moved Sleephack=3 to Sleephook=1, as Sleephack=3 (currently Sleephook=1) is known to cause issues and crashes, (Use at own risk)

Ties player cursor in minimap and pause map to the actual player orientation rather than camera when using the "Minimap view: Rotational" setting -

- Fixed tracking for 2D HUD elements that are tied to 3D objects, such as Mayhem, Insurance Fraud HUD, Lock-on targets and health bars such as the one in Fight Club, insurance fraud and more for Ultrawide. (Clippy95)
