No squinting, no leaning in. Information meets you where you are.
Or imagine this: that old tablet repurposed as an entryway dashboard. Paired with a presence sensor, it zooms out to display family photos when you approach, creating warmth. Doorbell rings? It snaps to maximum zoom, camera feed filling the screen, visitor details crystal clear. Bind zoom to a rotary encoder — twist clockwise to drill into specifics, counter-clockwise to pull back and survey the whole.
