nixos-wizard v0.2.0

Version 0.2.0 of nixos-wizard has been released.

Fixes

• Fixed newly added user groups not repopulating the list after leaving the group editor page and coming back
• UI controls are now more consistent throughout the installer (thanks Dondorio)

Additions

• The installer now updates the nixos channel of the newly installed system after running nixos-install.
• The User Accounts page of the installer now has support for basic Home Manager configuration. Enabling it will import the most recent release of Home Manager in configuration.nix and create a corresponding entry for the given user.
