What's changed

Focus on PostgreSQL connection reliability and clearer refresh-button messaging.

Added

• The header's refresh button now shows a tooltip explaining what it actually does (reload the current snapshot, not trigger a new Alertmanager poll) and displays the backend's poll interval, exposed via a new poll_interval_seconds field on GET /api/v1/status.

Fixed

• Capped the PostgreSQL connection pool (JARVIS_DB_MAX_OPEN_CONNS, default 10) instead of leaving it unbounded. An unbounded pool let request bursts open as many connections as there were parallel queries across all pods, exhausting a shared RDS instance's connection slots (SQLSTATE 53300) and causing stats/heatmap requests to fail with 500s. The Helm chart now exposes this as database.maxOpenConns.
