Improvements
- On Windows, VB-CABLE is offered where you need it instead of in a dialog at every launch. When Translation the other side hears is on and VB-CABLE isn't installed, Sokuji explains once what it is for, and the Speech settings show Install VB-CABLE under that row. After the install, Sokuji tells you which microphone to choose in your meeting app. The Microsoft Store version links to VB-Audio's website instead of installing it. (#645)
