Highlight: Pronunciation readings
See how the other side's language is pronounced. A new switch draws small readings above the text: pinyin over Chinese, kana over Japanese kanji, romanization over Korean, and Latin letters over Russian and Ukrainian. They are only drawn on screen: the translation, the transcript and exports stay as they were. (#632, #635, #638)
Turn it on in the display settings (the gear) of the conversation panel, or of the subtitle view in the desktop app; it follows your target language. Japanese readings download a 17 MB dictionary the first time.
Improvements
- KizunaAI now links its quick start guide under the provider picker, like the other providers. (#634)
Fixes
- Qwen LiveTranslate keeps the session when nothing is sent for five minutes, through push-to-talk presses longer than 30 seconds, and while the key is held without talking. (#637)
