Fixes
- macOS: the virtual microphone could be missing after installing Sokuji (#594). The installer set up the SokujiVirtualAudio driver twice in a row, and the second pass could leave macOS without the device until Core Audio restarted; meanwhile other audio apps could stall. The installer now sets the driver up once, and keeps the working one if replacing it fails.
- macOS: one-click repair. If your Mac is already in that state, Sokuji now says that the virtual microphone is installed but not loaded, and offers Repair: macOS asks for your password, and Sokuji restarts Core Audio to load it. Sokuji also no longer hangs at startup while Core Audio is not answering (#594).
